The ways of healing

When I speak of healing, I am referring first of all to an inner, spiritual healing of the soul. It is this type of healing that often also follows a healing of the physical body.

We know the diseases in and of the body, but we often ignore the close link between them and our inner life: most of our ailments - as well as our problems - are the consequence of a disharmony in the subtle body.

What is the "subtle body"? This is how I define all that set of structures that we do not see, but which are present and which influence our psycho-physical, emotional and spiritual well-being, therefore our inner SERENITY, but also our practical life.

Perhaps you are familiar with the concept of the unconscious? Well you might consider it as a part of this subtle world .

The fact is that in us there is an immense INTERNAL MEMORY that saves everything that we PERCEIVE at every level since we exist, everything we come into contact with ... everything we think, everything we say, all the things of which we care (but also all the things that people around us care about), all the things that scare us, all we feel emotionally, all we hear from others, all we hear on the radio, everything we see on TV, everything we record even unconsciously (in fact) from the surrounding environment (environments rich in serenity, joy and / or acceptance towards us or stressful environments, full of anger or expectations towards us), but even everything we ingest with food or respiratory level (from household detergents to smoke, exhaust gases, etc, all air pollution), all electromagnetic pollution (yes, your mobile phone, WiFi, etc.), etc. 

Well, this great interior memory has always reproduced, almost one by one, what is written in it, this is its natural task. This is why it is very important to keep our subtle body "clean" ... first of all to lead a peaceful life, but also to avoid creating new discomfort and new problems.

Much of the ailments and problems that exist in our lives today are the result of our past decisions, most of them unconscious, even made "only" on a mental level.

So the question is: what future is your mind "planning" today?
If on a mental level you deal with problems, worries and other "unpleasant" things, these will live in your life in some time . 
This is why it is important to become good observers of your own mind, to learn how to manage and direct it and not allow it to manage and direct us.

In short - as great spiritual masters of the past have already said, our thoughts would influence our reality. Yes, I confirm this from experience. 
You and I probably come from a common "cultural" tradition, the Christian one. Do you remember that often when Jesus heals someone he says to him "your faith has saved you"?
That is, Jesus himself says that it is the things we believe in that make the difference…  

And if our faith (in healing) can save us,  
it also means that our belief 
to illness and problems in general,  
it can affect us negatively.  

Do you find it difficult to believe me or to follow what I write?
Don't worry, you are in good company, it seems that 97% of people live without realizing the negativity it produces in their life (source Marisa Peer) and the natural mechanisms that regulate existence.

But it is no coincidence that you are on this page, you have probably decided to understand something more about yourself and about life. Maybe you want to take care of cleaning up your subtle body, of lightening your inner memory. In short, you want to take care of yourself and your well-being. Why not? Of your happiness!

I did, sitting on a pillow to meditate and observing my breathing, then my emotions and everything that was going on in my body, for years, and years, and years. They were the most intense years of my life, the richest in discoveries, in a sense, the most painful (looking at the pain that we carry inside and that we have always repressed / ignored at the beginning can hurt a lot), but also those richer in meaning. In recent years, a little at a time I have removed the weights that I was carrying - familiar and inherited from an overwhelming socialization - to arrive at an ever lighter and smoother life. Yes, sliding. I have spoken of life as a river that brings us everything we need if we learn not to resist and let ourselves be carried away by the current.
